How & When to Use:

  • Cocopeat or Sand

Ideal potting ratio: 40% soil + 30% compost + 30% rice husk

• Spread rice husk over topsoil (1–2 inches thick) and mix it into the top 6 inches of soil.
• Best time to use: Before sowing/planting season or during repotting.

In Raised Beds or Planters:

• Use as a base layer for drainage or mix with soil to reduce compaction and improve breathability.

In Mulching:
