If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we offer a hassle-free return or replacement within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone with order details and a photo of the product. Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup (if serviceable) or guide you through the return process. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned product and verify its condition. Please note that products must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for items used or damaged due to mishandling after delivery. Products purchased on sale or discount are non-refundable unless damaged.
